Project Controls Engineer
In this role you support big clients in improving the way they plan, monitor and manage complex technical projects. You work on project controls topics such as scheduling, progress tracking, reporting, forecasting, risk follow-up and performance insights. You help structure project data, improve processes and support the implementation or optimization of project management tools. You do not need to know all tools from day one: the company provides strong internal training and guidance. You work closely with project teams, consultants and client stakeholders to translate project information into clear insights and actionable improvements. Depending on the project, you may also contribute to dashboards, BI reporting and data-driven decision-making. This is a role for someone who combines an interest in technical projects with the ability to understand digital tools and process optimization.
- Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering (civil, industrial, mechanical, construction) or Business Engineering
- You have at least a first strong working experience
- Knowledge of Project Management (managing scope, timing & budget...)
- You combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills
- You are OK with working very independently after training/onboarding
- You are fluent in English (additional languages such as Dutch or French are a plus)
