Production Engineer

- Monitor and supervise production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Analyze production performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams to minimize downtime.
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare daily production reports and monitor production KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and reduce waste.
- Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering .
- 2–5 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry is a preferred.
- Good knowledge of steel sheet manufacturing processes (Coating & Galvanizing) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Leadership and communication skills are required.
- SAP knowledge is preferred
