Facilities Manager

Manage and oversee all facility operations, including buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and general services. Ensure proper preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment

Supervise maintenance and facility teams and ensure efficient daily operations.

Coordinate with contractors and service providers and monitor their performance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and facility regulations.

Manage facility-related budgets, costs, and maintenance plans.

Conduct regular inspections and identify facility issues and improvement opportunities.

Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

Prepare regular reports regarding facility performance, maintenance activities, and operational issues.

Ensure the availability and proper functioning of essential facility services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Facility Management.

Previous experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities is preferred.

Strong knowledge of building maintenance, infrastructure, and facility operations.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.\
