Required skills:

  • Good technical and business communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products especially Windows server.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Business Information Systems or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience required
  • Good knowledge in English language both written and spoken
  • Fluent in Swedish language both written and spoken
  • Be skilled in documenting your work

Job description:

We are looking for a Windows Server technician for our client to join one of the technical teams that is a skilled dynamic team working with infrastructure support. The products that are supported are Windows server 2016/2012/2008, SQL, SharePoint, Exchange, Active Directory, IIS, Citrix, VmWare and Skype.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Windows Server Operating System 2016/2012/2008
  • Windows server incident and problem handling
  • Windows server administration
  • Assess, prioritize, escalate and dispatch incidents
  • Contact with suppliers and partners in technical matters
  • Duty on inconvenient working hours are sometimes required (Maintenance Windows)
  • On call support
  • Experience in Active Directory, SQL, SharePoint, Exchange, IIS, Citrix, VmWare and Skype
  • Deploy and decommission of servers
