M&E Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines. Carry out drawing review and coordination among various disciplines within the purview of MEP incorporating into the civil / structural and architectural. Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings. Review of contract documents and have clear understanding of scope of works. Monitoring of VOs and issue back charges in a timely manner. Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.

Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in landed housing, residential, hotel, or commercial building projects , with strong M&E project management expertise and at least one completed project cycle. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines
