Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Delegate daily tasks, monitor employee performance, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.    Coordinate weekly schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve operational bottlenecks to meet deadlines.    Ensure all team members adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations.    Address and resolve workplace disputes, handle customer escalations, and report complex issues to upper management.  

Requirements:

A minimum of an HND in a related field. Must have 2 years' experience as a supervisor. Must reside in Benin City. Must be in/close to Mission/airport road B/C. Must have gone through NYSC.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 monthly
