Net Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦350,000 (Depending on skills, experience and competence)

Stone Depot by Impacto is seeking a proactive and technically competent Architect to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating clients' requirements into practical technical designs, conducting site visits and measurements, preparing shop drawings and job cards, and coordinating the fabrication and installation of natural stone products.

This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of architectural design skills, technical knowledge, site coordination and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client site visits, take accurate measurements and assess project requirements.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications for fabrication and installation.
• Develop job cards with accurate measurements, material specifications, dimensions and finishing requirements.
• Engage clients, architects, contractors and other project stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate and supervise fabrication processes, ensuring products meet approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Supervise on-site installation of marble, granite and other natural stone products, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery.
• Liaise with the fabrication, stock and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges arising during measurement, fabrication and installation.
• Prepare project updates and provide regular feedback on job progress, challenges and completion timelines.
• Ensure all projects are delivered in line with approved designs, client expectations and company quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• 1–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural design/drawing software.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate designs into fabrication-ready shop drawings.
• Good understanding of site measurements, technical detailing and construction processes.
• Strong coordination, communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently, pay attention to detail and manage multiple projects.
• Experience or exposure to marble, granite, quartz and other natural stone materials will be a strong advantage.
