3D Trophy Designer

Trophy & Award 3D Designer – IJK Labs

IJK Labs is a Dubai company that designs and manufactures custom trophies and awards using 3D printing, laser cutting and metal finishes. We are hiring up to 6 designers for corporate and institutional clients across the UAE and the Gulf.

Responsibilities:

• Turn client briefs and reference images into complete 3D trophy designs

• Produce realistic multi-view renders with material and colour options

• Split designs into separate manufacturable parts and export STL files at true scale (mm)

• Prepare dimensioned drawings for the whole trophy and each part

• Apply client revisions on agreed deadlines

• Work with our workshop team so designs print and assemble correctly

• Proficiency in at least one, in order of preference: Rhino 3D, ZBrush, Blender

• Strong portfolio (trophies, sculptures or product design preferred)

• Attention to proportion and detail

• Experience making manufacturable models (3D printing, laser cutting, CNC)

• Reliable delivery and regular communication

• Your own suitable computer to start; the company will provide one later

• Arabic required; English is a plus
