Warehouse Manager

Manage and oversee all daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Control and monitor the complete warehouse process, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching .

Ensure accurate recording and movement of inventory within the warehouse.

Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and stock reconciliation .

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Optimize warehouse layout and utilization of available space, manpower, equipment, and resources .

Ensure proper stock rotation in accordance with FIFO/FEFO principles , where applicable.

Monitor warehouse productivity, service levels, and operational KPIs.

Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Manage warehouse employees, including manpower planning, performance management, attendance, training, coaching, and development.

Ensure employees follow approved warehouse procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.

Coordinate closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Transport, and other relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate material/product flow.

Ensure proper use of WMS, ERP, barcode, and inventory management systems .

Monitor the condition and utilization of warehouse equipment and material-handling equipment.

Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and proper handling and storage of materials.

Prepare and analyze warehouse reports and provide management with regular updates on operational performance.

Develop and implement procedures to improve warehouse accuracy, productivity, and service quality.

Ensure the warehouse is maintained in an organized, clean, and safe condition.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.

7–10 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role .

Experience working in Textile manufacturing is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Good knowledge of ERP systems.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Knowledge of barcode systems.

Understanding of FIFO / FEFO, inventory control, and stock rotation.

Knowledge of Warehouse Safety and material-handling equipment.
