1. EdTech Integration & Faculty Support

• Collaborate with instructors to implement educational technology tools that enhance learning engagement and outcomes.
• Provide expert consultation and hands-on support for faculty in adopting technology in face-to-face, blended, and online classrooms.
• Develop clear, user-friendly documentation and multimedia guides to facilitate tool adoption and usage.

1. Learning Experience Design

• Design technology-enhanced instructional experiences aligned with learning goals and outcomes.
• Contribute to the creation of high-quality micro-credentials with a focus on evidence design, assessment strategies, and learner engagement through technology.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content experts to ensure coherence between pedagogy and technology use.

1. Educational Innovation & Exploration

• Research, test, and pilot new and emerging technologies (e.g., AI in education, learning analytics tools) for classroom application.
• Evaluate the pedagogical effectiveness of tools and recommend appropriate implementation strategies.
• Lead small-scale innovation projects to improve the digital learning ecosystem.

1. Research & Data-Informed Practice

• Analyze data from tool usage, feedback, and learning outcomes to inform continuous improvement.
• Conduct needs assessments with faculty and learners to identify EdTech opportunities and challenges.
• Stay current with global trends in educational technology and translate them into actionable insights for KMUTT.

1. Training & Capacity Building

• Act as a lead trainer and facilitator in EdTech-related professional development programs.
• Design and deliver tool-based training sessions, workshops, and webinars that introduce educational tools (e.g. AI tools, collaboration apps).
• Customize training to meet diverse faculty needs across disciplines and teaching modes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and usage data to inform future improvements.

Proven experience in integrating educational technology into teaching and learning environments. Experience in course design (online, blended, or hybrid) and facilitation of training/workshops is a strong advantage. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including faculty members, designers, and technical staff. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess, implement, and troubleshoot EdTech tools effectively. Passionate about education, technology, and lifelong learning; consistently explores new tools and methodologies. Comfortable with public speaking and leading training sessions, both online and in-person. Self-directed, proactive, and able to manage work with minimal supervision. Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly and credibly to non-technical audiences. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to localize global knowledge for Thai educational contexts. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English. Service-minded, enthusiastic, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
