1. Production Support

Provide technical engineering support to production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Troubleshoot machine, equipment, and manufacturing process issues to minimize downtime. Identify root causes of production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions. Support quality improvement initiatives and continuously improve production performance.

1. Equipment & Maintenance

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Coordinate machine repairs, spare-parts management, and equipment servicing. Improve equipment reliability, availability, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Coordinate with maintenance technicians, equipment suppliers, and external vendors to resolve technical issues.

1. Process Improvement

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and efficiency. Reduce waste, defects, downtime, and manufacturing cycle time. Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvement projects. Improve labor productivity, process capability, and overall factory efficiency.

1. New Product Introduction (NPI)

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new product launches. Design and develop fixtures, tooling, jigs, and work instructions. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Production, and other cross-functional teams during NPI activities. Validate new equipment, tooling, processes, and production methods before mass production.

1. Automation & Manufacturing Technology

Identify and implement automation solutions to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Improve machine connectivity, production monitoring, and manufacturing data collection. Develop and support digital manufacturing systems and data-driven production solutions. Contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives and smart-factory development.

Qualifications: เพศ ชาย อายุตั้งแต่ 40 ปี ขึ้นไป วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องมือวัด ,เครื่องกล ,อิเล็คทรอนิกส์ ,ไฟฟ้ากำลังหรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office และ Autocad ได้เป็นอย่างดี มีประสบการณ์งานด้านวิศวกรรม อย่างน้อย 7 ปี และเคยมีประสบการณ์ผ่านงานผลิตยา และเครื่องสำอางค์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีความขยัน มีความรับผิดชอบในงาน
