Roles & responsibilities

Monitor drilling operations to ensure compliance with HSE regulations

Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments

Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports

Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to crew members

Ensure proper use of PPE and emergency response procedures

Promote a safe working environment and continuous safety improvement
