Head of Sales

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies, generate quality leads, manage the sales pipeline, conduct property inspections, and close deals. Lead and mentor the sales team, build strong client relationships, monitor performance, analyze market trends, and prepare sales reports Consistently achieve revenue targets while ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service

Minimum qualification of S.S.C.E 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
