Job Description

1. Develop and maintain web applications, internal systems, and the company's digital products.
2. Utilize AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor to support coding, debugging, and problem-solving.
3. Analyze problems, identify solutions, and develop features based on business needs.
4. Continuously learn new technologies and improve work quality and efficiency.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
2. Proficiency in Golang (Go) programming.
3. Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Highly curious, proactive, quick to learn, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
5. Experience using AI coding tools, with the ability to understand the generated code rather than simply copying and pasting.
6. Solid programming fundamentals and experience developing projects through academic coursework, internships, freelance work, or personal projects.
