Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact for customers, internal departments, third-party suppliers, and mobile workshop engineers.
• Set up and maintain vehicle build folders, tracking progress through production, IVA inspections, and final handover.
• Log incoming service requests, coordinate mobile engineers, and arrange travel logistics (hotels, transport) as required.
• Handle general operational administration, including inputting engineer timesheets, updating CRM/Excel records, and issuing customer invoices.
• Deal with live queries and breakdown requests, keeping customers updated and problem-solving alongside the Service Manager.

What We're Looking For

• Communication & Personality: A confident, personable communicator who thrives in a close-knit, down-to-earth team and enjoys talking to engineers and customers alike.
• Proactive & Organized: Highly organized with basic IT skills (Excel/Outlook) and the ability to multitask in a varied, fast-paced environment.
• Relevant Interest or Background: Previous administrative experience with a genuine interest (or background) in automotive, engineering, or manufacturing. Supervisory switchers from hospitality, retail, or logistics are also encouraged to apply.
• Career Stability: A proven, stable work history from someone seeking a long-term role with room to grow.
