Job Title: BIM Architect (Remote - Egypt) Location: Remote (Must be based in Egypt / Cairo) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Entry-Junior (3-5 years) Working Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (8:00-5:00pm) Saturday (8:00-1:00)

About the Role We are looking for a motivated, self-driven BIM Architect based in Egypt to join our international technical coordination team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will bridge the gap between architectural design and technical delivery, working closely with senior architects and BIM coordinators to develop highly accurate digital building models and technical documentation for complex, large-scale projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an Egypt-based professional who has solid Revit foundations, thrives in an agile remote environment, and wants to advance their career in data-driven architecture, cross-disciplinary coordination, and advanced BIM workflows. Key Responsibilities 3D Modeling: Author, modify, and develop detailed architectural 3D models from schematic design through construction documentation using Autodesk Revit .

Technical Documentation: Extract and set up clean, accurate construction drawing packages, sheets, schedules, and details directly from the BIM model.

Model Coordination & Clash Detection: Assist in running clash detection workflows (using Navisworks or Revizto ) to identify, report, and resolve structural and MEP spatial conflicts early.

Standards Compliance: Maintain model health and ensure all elements align with established project BIM execution plans (BEP), naming conventions, and international LOD (Level of Development) standards.

Remote Collaboration: Participate actively in daily coordination syncs, utilizing cloud-shared environments (such as Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360) to ensure seamless data continuity across disciplines.

Qualifications & Skills Location Requirement: Must be currently living and legally authorized to work in Egypt (Cairo preferred) .

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience working in an architectural firm or engineering consultancy with a dedicated BIM workflow. (A MUST)

Software Mastery:

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (parametric modeling, family creation, and worksharing are highly valued).

Strong familiarity with Navisworks or similar clash-detection software.

Experience with cloud collaboration tools (BIM 360 / ACC) is a major plus.

Bonus Points: Experience with visual scripting ( Dynamo ) is a significant advantage.
