About the company

Our client is an established and growing financial planning firm that combines innovative technology with expert financial advice. With dedicated centralised paraplanning and operational support, advisers can spend less time on administration and report writing and more time building client relationships, delivering quality advice and growing their business.

Having experienced significant growth over the past eight to nine years, the business is now looking to recruit a select number of Financial Advisers to support its continued expansion.

Why Consider This Opportunity? Join a growing, technology-driven financial planning business that gives advisers the support and tools to focus on what they do best: delivering quality financial advice, building lasting client relationships and growing their own portfolios.

With centralised operational support, internal lead-generation opportunities and a strong emphasis on technology, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious adviser looking to develop their career within a modern financial planning environment.

Your tasks

This opportunity would suit commercially minded advisers who are motivated to develop their own client bank within a supportive, well-resourced environment.

The business provides established internal lead-generation channels to help advisers build their portfolios, alongside the opportunity to bring across existing clients where contractual restrictions have expired.

You'll deliver holistic financial planning to mass-affluent and high-net-worth clients, supported by dedicated paraplanners, an experienced operations team and modern digital advice technology.

With an indicative first-year target of approximately £20m in assets under management (AUM), this role offers significant potential for advisers looking to establish and grow a substantial client portfolio.

  • Deliver holistic financial planning across investments, pensions, retirement planning and protection.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing a high standard of personalised advice.

  • Embrace digital advice tools and technology to enhance the client experience and streamline processes.
  • Where applicable, leverage existing client relationships to accelerate portfolio growth, subject to any contractual restrictions.
