Sales Admin - Kaki Bukit ($2500 - $3200 / IT)

Working Location: Bedok / Kaki Bukit Salary: $2500 - $3200 Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6.30pm Well Established Company IT Industry

Job Responsibilities: Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders Process purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO) Manage and track sales transactions and documentation Respond to customer enquiries and solve order issues or product-related questions

Coordinate with internal departments and ensure orders, delivery, and billing flow smoothly across teams Help prepare reports, sales documents and assist with tender submissions Meet customers/presentations or attend customer/vendor events

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
