About the company

We are a fruits stall seeking a responsible and hands-on Operations Executive to manage daily shop operations.

Your tasks

• Oversee daily operations of the fruit and durian outlet

• Manage staff scheduling and supervise team performance

• Ensure proper display, quality control, and freshness of fruits and durians

• Handle customer service and resolve customer feedback

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment

• Assist in procurement and price comparison of fruits and durians

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards

• Support sales planning and implement promotional activities to boost revenue

Requirements

Experience in F&B / retail / fruits or groceries preferred

Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in fast-paced environment
