About Droomify Droomify is launching tech education programs in Egypt, offering high-quality courses in AI, UI/UX Design, Frontend Development, and Backend Engineering. We're building Egypt's next generation of tech professionals through live online instruction and hands-on learning. We're expanding into the Madinaty market and looking for motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
What You'll Do As a Sales Rep, you will be the first voice potential students hear. Your job is to: ✅ Convert Leads into Enrollments Receive incoming inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
Explain our 4 tech training programs (AI for Business, UI/UX, Frontend, Backend)
Answer questions about course structure, pricing, schedules, and instructors
Guide interested students through the enrollment and payment process
✅ Follow Up & Close Deals Follow up with leads who haven't decided yet
Send course information, brochures, and enrollment links via WhatsApp
Handle objections professionally and find solutions
Meet daily/weekly enrollment targets
✅ Track & Report Log all calls, messages, and enrollments in our CRM system
Report daily on leads contacted, conversions, and pipeline status
Identify common questions or objections to improve our messaging
Who We're Looking For
✅ Required: Fluent in English & Arabic (Must be comfortable speaking both professionally)
1-2+ years sales or customer service experience (phone sales, inside sales, customer support, call center, or similar)
Located in or near Madinaty (preferred for potential in-person meetings later)
Strong communication skills - You can explain technical topics simply and clearly
Comfortable with WhatsApp, phone calls, and email as primary communication channels
Target-driven mindset - You're motivated by hitting and exceeding goals
Available to start immediately (this week or next week)
✅ Nice to Have (Bonus Points): Experience selling courses, training programs, or educational services
Background in tech, education, or startups
Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools
Previous experience working remotely or managing your own time
