Assistant Manager Cum Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities Outlet Operations & Team Management Oversee daily operations across our Bugis Junction and Aperia Mall outlets. Manage staff schedules, manpower allocation and daily workflow. Guide, motivate and supervise the team. Maintain service standards, outlet cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery when required. Sales & Business Development Conduct customer consultations to understand their slimming and wellness goals. Recommend suitable treatments and packages based on individual needs. Drive sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets. Follow up with customers to encourage retention, repeat visits and package renewals. Monitor outlet sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Marketing & Promotions Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and campaigns. Communicate ongoing promotions to staff and ensure effective implementation.

Requirements Prior experience  (5 years) in the beauty, slimming, aesthetics or wellness industry is required . Experience in beauty sales, consultations and package sales. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Sales-driven, proactive and confident in achieving targets. Good communication and customer service skills. Able to manage multiple outlets and work independently. Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends when required.
