Company Overview

Contract Sterilization Services Pte Ltd , a subsidiary of Serial System Ltd , manufactures and distributes ISO 13485-certified medical disposable products, including customized perfusion tubing packs marketed across Asia Pacific.

Job Summary

Lead a production team to efficiently assemble and deliver high-quality medical devices, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of production operators to achieve daily production schedules and targets
• Supervise assembly tasks to ensure operators follow drawings and specifications accurately
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance staff to meet stringent quality requirements
• Coordinate with Store personnel to maintain smooth production flow
• Allocate work orders effectively to ensure continuous production operations
• Manage urgent production requests and coordinate handovers with succeeding shifts
• Monitor proper handling and packing of products to maintain product integrity
• Enforce safety protocols and uphold Good 5S Housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and organized workplace
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support production needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to read and write simple English to understand work instructions and communicate effectively
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Flexibility to work a 5-day schedule, 8am to 5:15pm, at Jurong (Jalan Tukang area) location

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completion of GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level education
• Availability to start work immediately or within a short notice period
