Identify gaps in execution and help drive solutions

Act as a connector across teams to keep work moving and reduce friction

Business Performance and Analytics

Build and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators and OKRs

Partner with HR and Operations to monitor performance against plan

Support forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making with clear data and insights

Organizational Discipline

Improve internal communication and visibility across teams

Help evolve operational processes as the company continues to grow

Preferred Requirements:

Background in being a PM

Has driven outcomes for organizations

Exposure to defense, aerospace, hardware, or dual-use technology environments

Experience working closely with executives, founders, or boards

Someone who focuses on getting things done, not just planning them

Analytical thinker who can connect the dots across systems and teams

A trusted partner who can step in and represent the CPO when needed
