Cloud IAM Service Lead

Working arrangement: Onsite, five days per week

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Service Lead to oversee the delivery and governance of Identity and Access Management services across a hybrid cloud and on-premises environment.

You will help ensure that users and systems have appropriate access to resources, supporting identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorisation, access governance and auditing.

Key responsibilities

• Create IAM service designs and define the Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Lead service transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing activities.
• Provide IAM service leadership and governance.
• Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Drive continuous improvement across IAM services.
• Manage stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
• Identify, track and manage service risks and issues.

Essential skills and experience

• Experience leading IAM services within a hybrid cloud and on-premises environment.
• Deep knowledge across IAM domains, including:
• Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

Desirable skills and experience

• Hands-on support experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
• Experience supporting PAM platforms such as BeyondTrust.
