We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Collision Repair Production & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on hybrid role combining production support, parts coordination, customer service, and estimating/administrative support. The ideal candidate understands the collision repair process and enjoys working with customers, technicians, suppliers, and insurance partners.What Youll DoProductionCoordinate vehicle movement and repair progress.Work with technicians, estimators, and management to keep jobs moving.Follow up on delays, approvals, and outstanding items.PartsOrder, receive, inspect, and organize repair parts.Track parts, backorders, returns, and credits.Work with suppliers and technicians to ensure parts are available when needed.Customer ServiceWelcome customers and provide professional service.Communicate repair progress, timelines, and completion updates.Handle calls, emails, appointments, and customer concerns.Estimating & AdministrationAssist with estimates, supplements, photos, repair orders, and insurance paperwork.Maintain accurate information in shop management/estimating systems.Support daily office and shop operations.What Were Looking For2+ years of automotive, collision repair, parts, estimating, or customer service experience.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Good computer skills and ability to learn new software.Automotive/collision experience strongly preferred.Valid drivers license.Assets: Mitchell, Audatex, SGI, I-CAR, ASE, or collision management system experience.What We OfferFull-time, permanent position$22$30/hour, based on experienceDental & extended health benefitsOn-site parkingTraining and career growth opportunitiesIf youre automotive-minded, organized, customer-focused, and enjoy keeping a busy shop running smoothly, wed love to hear from you!
