Sales Manager

We're hiring: Sales Manager, Bwinja Agro Farm (Kampala, Uganda)

Bwinja Agro Farm produces and delivers fresh chicken, live or cleaned and ready to cook, to restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, caterers and supermarkets across Kampala and Matugga. Our mission is to reduce Uganda's dependence on imported food by supplying high-quality local products.

We're growing fast and looking for a driven Sales Manager to win new clients and build lasting relationships.

What you'll do

• Find and visit new business clients, present our products and arrange trial orders
• Close deals on volumes, bird weights and delivery schedules

• Follow up after deliveries so clients keep reordering
• Follow up on invoices until payment is received

• Keep client records up to date and report weekly to the Director

Requirements

✅ At least 2 years of proven experience in sales (required)

✅ Strong negotiation and closing skills

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✅ Self-motivated, organised and target-driven

✅ Good knowledge of Kampala's business landscape

✅ Fluent in English; Luganda is an advantage

✅ Available at least 3 working days per week

Nice to have

• Experience selling food, agricultural or FMCG products
• Existing contacts with restaurants, hotels or institutions in Kampala
