TECHNICAL MANAGER

Job Responsibilities Oversee daily project operations and site activities. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Manage manpower, materials, project schedules and administrative activities related to construction and installation works. Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and project reports. Monitor project budgets, quality, and work progress. Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements. Responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, cost control, quality standards, and timely completion of assigned projects. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction operations, project coordination, or technical management. Good knowledge of project coordination, costing, and procurement. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
