Remote Vacant Land Underwriting Analyst

We are a growing U.S.-based land investment company looking for a dependable and detail-oriented person to underwrite vacant land leads and send offers to property owners. This is not a phone sales position . You will not be required to call or negotiate with sellers. You may have the opportunity to grow into a sales role (if you have little to no accent). Your main responsibility is accurately researching properties, determining our maximum offer and sending the offer through our existing system. Responsibilities: Review vacant-land leads inside our CRM

Research each property using Zillow and our provided land software

Find relevant active and recently sold comparable properties

Estimate the property’s current market value

Calculate our maximum offer using our established criteria

Enter the maximum offer amount in the lead notes

Select our prewritten offer macro, insert the offer amount and send it to the seller

Update the lead’s status and tags

Flag unusual or complicated properties for management review

Excellent attention to detail

Comfortable working with numbers and property data

Familiar with Zillow, comparable-property research or real estate valuation

Able to follow a detailed process consistently

Organized, dependable and able to work independently

Reliable computer and internet connection

Vacant-land or real estate experience is preferred but not required

Full-time availability with overlap during U.S. Eastern business hours

Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection

Previous U.S. real estate or vacant-land experience is helpful but not required
