Role Description The Human Resources Associate – Compensation and Benefits is a full-time, on-site role based in Muntinlupa City. This role is responsible for administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, government-mandated benefits, and company-sponsored benefits. The associate will maintain accurate employee records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labor regulations. Day-to-day tasks include responding to employee inquiries, supporting HR documentation and data management, and assisting with HR projects related to employee engagement and total rewards. The role collaborates with other HR team members and cross-functional departments to help ensure a positive employee experience.

Qualifications/Requirements: Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processes and government-mandated benefits.

Remarks: Work Schedule: Mondays-Thursdays (7am-5pm), Fridays (7am-4pm)
