Job Tittle: Head of Marketing Location: Lagos Industry: FMCG Salary: Negotiable Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing function, strengthen brand positioning, drive market growth, and deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing and brand strategy. Lead brand management, product marketing, campaigns, and market expansion initiatives. Drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth. Conduct market research and translate consumer insights into actionable strategies. Lead and develop the marketing team while ensuring delivery against KPIs. Track marketing performance and provide strategic reports and recommendations to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years’ marketing experience, including leadership experience. Proven experience in FMCG, manufacturing, production, or consumer goods is required. Strong commercial, analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable marketing and business growth.
