Trainer

Your tasks

We are looking for a Store Trainer to join our retail team. In this role, you will onboard new employees, conduct floor training, and coach staff to maintain high customer service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Staff Onboarding & Training: Conduct orientation and training on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service standards, and store POS systems.
• On-the-Floor Coaching: Shadow retail staff during daily operations to provide real-time guidance, actionable feedback, and customer engagement coaching.
• Multilingual Communication: Support internal team training and customer service interactions across multiple local and regional languages.
• Training Management: Maintain training records, monitor staff performance metrics, and report progress to Store Operations.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a team training/supervisory role.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in multiple languages to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Flexibility: Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as scheduled.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills with a passion for staff development.
