Divisional Client Services Manager (Assistive Care)

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Divisional Client Services Manager (DCSM) supporting our Assistive Care offices throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island , including:

Newton, MA

Beverly, MA

Braintree, MA

Hyannis, MA

Plymouth, MA

Warwick, RI

This position is ideal for someone who resides in a central location within the territory and is comfortable traveling between offices to provide operational leadership, training, and support.

Responsibilities

The Divisional Client Services Manager will:

Support and lead Client Services Managers and office teams across a multi-office territory

Provide superior customer service and ensure delivery of high-quality home care services

Cover and manage caseloads as needed throughout the division

Partner with Directors and Division Leadership to identify priorities and support office objectives

Provide training, coaching, and development for operational staff and Client Services Managers

Share best practices and serve as a subject matter expert for key operational processes and technology platforms

Support office recruiting initiatives and caregiver retention efforts

Assist offices in developing and executing growth strategies to increase census and referrals

Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners

Analyze and monitor operational and financial metrics to support office performance

Support onboarding and development of new employees

Travel regularly throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island to provide hands-on leadership and operational support

Serve as a role model of BAYADA's core values of Compassion, Excellence, and Reliability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Minimum of one year of successful caseload growth experience; three or more years preferred

Prior supervisory or leadership experience required

Home care, healthcare, staffing, recruiting, or related industry experience preferred

Demonstrated record of achieving goals and taking on increasing responsibility

Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills

Ability to influence and lead teams across multiple locations

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology-based systems

Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory

BAYADA Offers

Base Salary: $75,000 per year , depending on qualifications
