Job Responsibilities: ·       Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, cross-functional transformation programme, overseeing multiple workstreams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource planning. ·       Establish and maintain programme governance, including governance forums, working group meetings, status reporting, decision logs, and programme documentation. ·       Manage executive-level stakeholders across business, operations, technology, compliance, legal, finance, and external parties, providing regular updates, driving decision-making, and resolving programme issues. ·       Oversee regulatory deliverables and engagement, ensuring submissions, approvals, and programme activities comply with internal governance frameworks and regulatory requirements. ·       Drive programme planning and execution, monitoring critical timelines, interdependencies, and key milestones to ensure delivery within agreed schedules. ·       Maintain programme-level RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks while escalating critical issues where appropriate. ·       Ensure business-as-usual (BAU) continuity throughout programme execution by implementing appropriate operational controls and minimizing business disruption. ·       Coordinate across workstream leads to manage programme dependencies, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. ·       Produce executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations to communicate programme status, key risks, decisions, and overall progress. ·       Foster collaboration across regional and global stakeholders to ensure successful programme execution and achievement of strategic business objectives. ·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline ·       Minimum 10 years of relevant experience ·       PMP certification would be an added advantage ·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
