CNC Milling Machine Operator – 2 Shifts – Desselgem

Our client is an internationally recognized producer of interior and construction solutions, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and quality. To strengthen their production process, they are looking for a Machine Operator (2 shifts). In this role, you will operate and monitor computer-controlled milling machines, ensure quality and contribute to an efficient and well-organized production environment. Both experienced operators and motivated starters are welcome.

• Set up and operate the milling machine
• Visually monitor the process and manually replace milling tools
• Return stacked panels to the production line using the side loader
• Understand the process and proactively intervene in case of deviations or problems
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure quality and order
• Accurate and attentive to order and cleanliness
• Motivated and eager to learn
• A team player who takes pride in their work
• Willing to work in 2 shifts
• Takes initiative, quality-oriented and respectful towards colleagues and equipment
