Job Summary Lead architectural projects from concept to completion while managing client relationships and representing the organization at industry events. Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple architectural projects to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Prepare proposals and participate in client presentations to secure new business Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence Required competencies and certifications Hold a BOA Singapore recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field Maintain professional licensure such as RA, RIBA, or equivalent Demonstrate at least 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management with a proven record of leading large-scale projects and teams Apply proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools to support project delivery Utilize strong knowledge of building codes, sustainability practices, and construction methodologies to ensure compliance and innovation Preferred competencies and qualifications Exhibit leadership skills that inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals Employ strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
