Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Lead and implement lean manufacturing initiatives across production lines.

• Set up time studies (Cycle time Taking) and Line balancing, obviously with other lean tools and methodologies.
• Analyze and map current processes to identify waste and improvement opportunities.

• Facilitate Kaizen events program and continuous improvement workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lean projects and improvement activities.

• Provide training and coaching on lean principles to employees.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

• Support new product introductions and process changes.
• Technical work as instructed by Lean Manufacturing Manager.

• Performs other related duties assigned by Lean Manufacturing Manager.

Qualifications: Male or Female Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or related field Minimum 3 years’ experience pf experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools Experience leading process improvement projects Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill Strong communication and interpersonal abilities He/She need strong experience in time studies (Cycle Time Taking) and line balancing, obviously with other Lean Tools and methodologies Experience in setting production targets is an additional advantage. Certified in Lean, Six Sigma green belt or similar preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams Project management experience is a plus Good computer skills (MS. Office, MRP etc.) English spoken, read, written, able to report in English.
