Housekeeping Manager

A prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Corfu is seeking a highly organised and service-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join its management team. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort. Lead, motivate, train and develop the Housekeeping team. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas and other resort facilities. Plan staffing levels, work schedules and daily assignments according to operational requirements. Monitor departmental productivity, operating expenses and inventory. Manage linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies and housekeeping equipment. Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety procedures. Implement and maintain quality assurance standards consistent with luxury hospitality expectations.

Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Good command of English and Greek. Familiarity with hotel property management systems and housekeeping operations.
