Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our growing online retail business in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of our e-commerce operations, including order processing, product management, inventory coordination, marketplace activities, and operational reporting. This position requires an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment and can coordinate effectively with different departments to ensure smooth and accurate business operations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, commercially aware, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities. Candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, E-commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, marketplace operations, or business operations
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online business systems is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve routine operational issues
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments
• Professional attitude and ability to work independently as well as within a team
