Spa Therapist

About the role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Zen Beauty Pte Ltd. This is a full-time position based in the Novena Central Region. As a Spa Therapist, you will be at the heart of our wellness and beauty services, delivering exceptional spa treatments and creating a tranquil, rejuvenating experience for our valued clients. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring every guest leaves feeling refreshed, revitalised and deeply satisfied with their visit. Key responsibilities Provide a range of professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments and other wellness therapies

Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences and any health considerations before treatment

Maintain a clean, hygienic and welcoming spa environment, adhering to all health and safety standards

Prepare treatment rooms, organise equipment and ensure all products are readily available and properly stored

Apply proper techniques and best practices during all treatments to ensure client comfort and satisfaction

Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and loyalty

Provide recommendations for skincare, wellness products and follow-up treatments

Keep detailed treatment records and maintain client confidentiality

Contribute to a supportive team environment and assist colleagues when needed

What we're looking for Professional qualification or certification in spa therapy, massage therapy or related beauty and wellness discipline

Proven experience working as a spa therapist in a professional spa, wellness centre or beauty establishment

Strong knowledge of various spa treatment techniques and their benefits

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism

Physical stamina and the ability to perform treatments whilst maintaining proper posture and technique

A calm, empathetic demeanour and genuine passion for helping others relax and rejuvenate

Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
