CLIENT ACCOUNT SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities Create job postings across various social media platforms. Identify and pursue potential members or clients through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and job fairs. Guide new members through the platform registration process, job requirements based on client requests, payment, and benefits. Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on clients’ staffing needs and work schedules using our automated system. Interview and assess prospective applicants on job responsibilities, grooming standards, salary, and benefits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. Job Requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to achieve and maintain targets. Strong sense of responsibility. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with prior experience in manpower outsourcing will have an advantage.
