Warehouse Supervisor (Bangna KM.27, Samutprakarn)

• Oversee warehouse processes such as order picking, packing, checking, staging, and loading to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Control the daily operation plan in function of inbound and outbound processes by preparing resources to reach maximum efficiency and achieve customer requirements
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all storage locations
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy
• Identify areas for improvement in work methods, productivity, safety, and cost reduction
• Maintain quality, safety, and service standards throughout all processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering or related fields At least 4 years experienced in Warehouse Operation in logistics industry or related Good knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Good in teamwork, team management and collaborative with positive can-do attitude Ability to communicate in English Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS Program
