Your Personal Swim Coach is growing, and we are always interested in connecting with experienced, qualified swimming coaches. If you have the right training, professional experience, and a passion for helping adults build confidence in the water, we would love to hear from you.

Swim coach carreer Netherlands

Our general requirements

• Based in the Netherlands and legally allowed to work here.
• Confident teaching adults with different levels and backgrounds.
• Hugely personable with a strong hosting presence.
• Able to work online with several applications such as a CRM system.
• Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation (first aid/ EHBO).
• Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly in relation to building trust.
• A good understanding of hospitality and a natural host.
• Fluent in English, some Dutch and any additional language would be a plus.
• Able to teach adults to swim effectively.
