About the Role Xsolla is growing its self-service SDK ecosystem to support developers integrating, activating, and scaling on the platform. This initiative spans SDK releases, documentation, onboarding flows, and outreach programs, with new improvements shipping continuously. We are looking for a Delivery Manager to drive execution of SDK initiatives and, once features go live, to own the operational coordination that keeps the SDK ecosystem running smoothly. You will coordinate work across DevRel, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing to ship on schedule.This role focuses on keeping SDK ecosystem on track, ensuring smooth delivery of self-service developer experience improvements, and maintaining clear visibility into progress, risks, and blockers.

Responsibilities Delivery & Launch Coordination Own the delivery plan and timeline for SDK initiatives, releases, and documentation updates; Maintain a current dependency map across DevRel, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing; identify and escalate risks and blockers before they affect delivery; Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness for each SDK release or major update; Track progress in Jira and keep delivery status accurate and current; Maintain a live delivery view and drive weekly execution reviews; Track delivery and operational metrics and surface issues across the developer journey. Stakeholder Communication & Meetings Prepare and run recurring program meetings — distribute agendas in advance, capture action items, and follow them through to completion; Publish a regular status update covering progress, upcoming releases, and active blockers; Act as the primary point of contact for coordination questions across teams; Maintain Confluence documentation for processes, decision logs, and launch playbooks. Operational Coordination Run and continuously improve the request intake and tracking process for SDK-related tasks — capture feedback from product and DevRel teams, receive needs, route to owners, monitor progress; Run regular syncs with key contacts across DevRel, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing, and resolve or escalate blockers; Coordinate outreach and re-engagement initiatives for SDK merchants; Surface recurring feedback and delivery/operational metrics to the Product Lead to inform prioritization.

Requirements 2–4+ years of experience in delivery/project coordination, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or developer platform environments; Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and documentation; Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple workstreams and keep cross-functional teams aligned; Basic understanding of SDKs/APIs and developer integration workflows; Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical teams (developers, engineers) and business stakeholders; Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify and escalate issues; Data-driven approach to tracking progress and identifying bottlenecks; Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Nice to have Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems (iOS/Android) and SDK distribution. Experience with developer-facing documentation or onboarding flows. Familiarity with self-service/PLG growth models. Experience working with distributed, async-first teams across multiple timezones.
