Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities Supervision: Oversee daily construction work, manage contractors, and check crew progress. Technical Work: Read and interpret blueprints, surveys, and engineering drawings. Quality Control: Inspect building materials and completed work to meet standards. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety rules and minimize site hazards. Problem-Solving: Provide technical advice and fix issues on site. Reporting: Maintain daily records, site logs, and progress reports for stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on work in site supervision or construction. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (like AutoCAD), surveying tools, and Microsoft Office. Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and time-management abilities Languages: 中英文必须十分流利。（ Fluent in both Mandarin and English. ）
