Finance Manager

Job Description

1. Manage end-to-end Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions.
2. Manage daily finance operations, including cash flow, AP/AR, payments, and budgeting.
3. Prepare and review monthly financial reports and financial statements.
4. Handle month-end and year-end closing.
5. Manage tax calculation, payment, and reporting in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. Monitor company budget, expenses, and financial performance.
7. Ensure accurate financial records and proper financial documentation.
8. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external parties.
9. Develop and improve finance processes, policies, and internal controls.
10. Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
11. Manage and supervise the Finance & Accounting team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably with managerial/supervisory experience.
3. Strong experience handling end-to-end Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
4. Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles.
5. Experienced in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and tax reporting.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and accounting/ERP systems.
7. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
8. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
9. Experience in a startup/technology company is a plus.
10. Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
11. Willing to WFO in Fatmawati
