The Services required are set out as follows: Prepare ingredients trays for NFS practical lessons/practical exam
- Maintain cleanliness of two NFS kitchen (sweep, mop, help clean cooker, table and sink that are not properly cleaned by students and clear waste bin)
- Assist with food, kitchen equipment and cleaning materials/ equipment order
- Keep track of ingredients stock and expiry date
- Clean refrigerator once in June and October
- Wash and fold kitchen towels and apron (washing machine and dryer available)
- Contact OM to report defects in kitchen 1 and 2
- To perform any other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, Head of Department (HOD), Operations Manager (OM) or Administration Manager (AM)
