Your tasks
We are looking for friendly, hardworking and responsible service crew members to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, good customer service skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Requirements
- Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take customer orders accurately and explain menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Handle cashier duties and customer payments when required.
- Prepare tables before service and clear tables after customers finish.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Follow restaurant service standards and food safety procedures.
- Friendly, polite, presentable and customer-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Previous restaurant or F&B experience is an advantage.
- Fresh candidates are welcome to apply if they have the right attitude.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
