Close Protection Officer

Key responsibilities

Provide discreet and vigilant close protection to the principal and family.

Coordinate security personnel and fleet operations in Dubai and during international travel.

Conduct advance work and detailed risk assessments before the principal's arrival at destinations.

Identify potential security risks and implement appropriate preventative measures.

Escort the principal and family during daily activities, travel, school runs, shopping and other engagements.

Travel internationally with the principal as required.

Assist with travel logistics, luggage and other reasonable support requirements.

Coordinate and supervise the existing security team.

Train and mentor security personnel to maintain high professional standards.

Support with occasional errands and administrative/logistical tasks as required.

Maintain a high level of physical fitness and professional presentation.

Requirements

Military or equivalent high-level security/protection background.

Proven experience in close protection for UHNWIs, VIPs or prominent individuals.

Experience coordinating security teams and fleet operations.

Experience conducting advance work and security risk assessments.

EU, UK or US passport holder.

Age: 32–40 years.

Excellent physical fitness and well-built physique.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.

Willingness and ability to travel internationally with the principal.

Desirable

Martial arts/self-defence training.

Defensive driving experience.

International security experience.

Previous experience working within a private household or UHNW environment.

Experience training or managing security personnel.
