Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the Quality Control team, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious work environment. Develop, implement, and maintain robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems and procedures. Oversee all stages of the manufacturing process, from raw materials inspection to finished product testing, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, ISO Standards, and company policies. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain departments to resolve quality issues and integrate quality best practices. Manage supplier quality programs, ensuring incoming materials meet stringent specifications. Skills & Technologies: This role requires a deep understanding of Engineering principles, advanced Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies, and proficiency in tools for Process Improvement and Data Analysis . Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a Manufacturing/Production environment, with significant experience in a leadership or managerial role. Skills & Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in: Engineering principles and applications. Advanced Quality Assurance and Quality Control techniques. Proven ability in Process Improvement , including practical experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong understanding and implementation experience with ISO Standards . Proficiency in Data Analysis for quality metrics and problem-solving. Exceptional Team Leadership and development capabilities. Expertise in Problem Solving and root cause analysis. Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance relevant to manufacturing. Experience with Supplier Quality Management .
