Inventory Executive We are looking for an proactive, detail-minded professional to bridge purchasing, sales, and logistics teams. You will play a vital role in balancing supply and demand while managing our system-wide data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Input and update inventory data in the system e.g., stock levels, stock adjustments promptly and correctly. Data verification with internal team and reconcile discrepancies to ensure system accuracy. Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize errors and loss. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential shortages, and excess stock Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, balancing supply and demand. Collaborate with purchasing and sales to ensure smooth inventory flow. Generate regular inventory reports, summarizing key metrics (e.g., stock turnover, inventory value, stockout rates). Identify and analyse trends, provide recommendations for improvement, and support decision-making. Administrative Export Duties support, i.e., billing and documentations follow up.
